Blood Drive

As a result of the growth and aging of the American population and with medical advances requiring more blood for advanced treatments, surgeries, and traumas the current demand for blood products is growing at a much greater rate than supply.

The Save a Life Tour 2003 is a six-month nationwide campaign to boost public education of the nations low blood supply and encourage all individuals to donate blood regularly. Every two seconds someone in America needs blood. Just one pint of blood can help save as many as three lives.

For more information call 1-800-GIVE-LIFE or your local Red Cross Blood Region and visit www.givelife.org.
