Lifeskills, a program that serves more than 11,000 people with special needs in our area, will be making some cutback in its program soon.
Starting in July Lifeskills director Dale Bond says the program will be losing twenty employees. They will also have to end the Warren County Adolescent Day-Treatment Program and adjust the Early Intervention Preschool Group Program.
Lifeskills is primarily funded through a state and federal Medicaid program. The cutbacks come after a state budget shortfall.
