30-year-old Richard McPeak of Franklin and 19-year-old Isaiah Snodgrass Junior of Bowling Green have been charged with murder in connection with the death of 43-year-old Jessie Frank George. George was investigated as a missing person since September of 2002. According to police...the offense allegedly committed by Mcpeak and Snodgrass happened April 1st of 2002. More charges and arrests are pending. George's remains were found a few weeks ago in a sinkhole near a Simpson County home that had been leveled. Both men are in jail.
