It started with random noises, including burps, whistles and clicking, progressing to curse words, taunts and threats.
Now, Elizabethtown police say, it has come to an end with the arrest of an Elizabethtown man.
Police arrested 27-year-old Mark Goodin late Friday night and charged him with four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, six counts of obstructing governmental operations and one count of possession and use of a radio that sends and receives police messages.
Elizabethtown police says Goodin disrupted the city's police radio frequencies continually since June, making it difficult for dispatchers to communicate with officers on the street.
