Jason Smith says prior to the revelation of his bounced checks, he had already planned to step down as President and CEO of the "Kentucky Mavericks" to attend to family matters.

Jason is a piece of work i feel for the people that his actions have messed up and like i said i hope he gets what he deserves and i agree that no matter what if his lips are moving then yeah its a scam he weasles his way into peoples lives and takes for himself all he can he doesn't care what happens to those people he is a evil person who deserves to rot he feeds off peoples pain saying he will make it better just to steal thier lives out from under them making things worse then they were to begin with i think that until he admits which he never will he doesn't have a honest bone in his body i believe that he will get what he has coming to him and i hope that he stays where he belongs in jail behind those bars to live.

Ihave had twocancer sugery and my wife has lupus we along with other members of our family was on this so call board of S&A jason smith lied to us,we are no kin to him he misuse our trust and us my home is two months behind because of him so are some of the others he use mrs beverly froster credit card to rent the limo,and tried to pay him with a check of mines,he told us that his parents were dead but teh news station he said aletter was sent to his mother home,he said he came to memphis to help his family from foreclosure now that is what he has done to us and more jason got arrested at his suppose to be fiancee house here where he set up his company with a stolen car we are not his family and we werethe ones who went to little rock with him we have wire numbers he use and credit cards numbers also some are turn over to the police here this fellow totaly misuse our trust and we are hurting becsuse of him if the courtsystem there wont to know more about what happen here in memphis
Con man. It is ignorant to say that people extended him lines of credit. No one is at fault but the man who wrote the check. You can get a checkbook with an ID and $100. Then you can write as many bad checks as you want. As for the "bank" that never covered his debts, I think it is safe to say that is a scam. He will never be able to fill his debts, he probably has no property empire, and he belongs in jail. "We shouldnt spend our tax dollars putting him in jail". I guess thats right, lets not put anyone in jail. Also, "times are getting ruff". Scruff McGruff here... It's spelled, rough..
O.K. I previously talked to people in your office about Jason Smith even before he was being investigated, but no-one wanted to pay attention. How does it feel now that he's made a laughing stock of the whole city of Bowling Green? I contacted the police and the mayor herself to warn you all about this con man, but, then again, everyone wanted to pass the buck, so to speak, about dealing with him. If you want more information on this poor fellow that claims to have had family issues, contact me, and i'll inform you of his non existing mother and father that had problems. HE LIVED WITH HIS GRANDFATHER M.B. SMITH OF MEMPHIS, BECAUSE HIS MOTHER AND FATHER HAVE BOTH PASSED ON, that is according to the story that he has passed to his so-called fiance in Leitchfield that had lived with him and his grandfather. Also check Capital One Credit Card company of a credit card scam he ran on them. I have the credit card # to verify. (stolen identity) He got away with that too. For now.
He is a low life i would LOVE to see him get what he deserves and i hope he gets whats coming to him back ten fold
Not that i disagree about putting him in jail. But then again i dont want to board and feed him with my tax dollars. The people that extended him all the credit are at fault some also. But anyways... why dont we have a public beating / caneing. If there were more punishments out in the open then maybe some people would learn not to be a theif. I knew a guy that seen a hanging... said he would never forget it. Said he was very young... and learned a long time ago what happens to bad people. People and kids need to know... you got to pay the piper to dance. Cant remember the tv shows name... but always said.. "dont do the crime unless you got the time". I bet that guy that did the spray painting in that country that was caned hasn't touch a can of peas much less a spray can of paint. Times are getting ruff. People loosing jobs an more to come. The only way to know if Jason Smith is lying is to see if his lips are moving. He is living in a world of his own. Enough of Jason Smith - send him to Iraq to negotiate with the muslims.
