Russell John Shelton of Morgantown pleaded Not Guilty at his arraignment in Warren District Court Thursday morning. This afternoon his case was bound over to the Grand Jury.
Police arrested Shelton just minutes after he allegedly robbed the BB&T Bank in the Western Gateway Shopping Center on Russellville Road at 3:08 p.m. Wednesday. Shelton's bond is $50,000 cash.
