While most of us aren't enjoying the continual rain across our area, movie theater owners and video rental stores are loving it. They say sales and foot traffic spikes whenever bad weather threatens.

One local video store clerk says he's come to expect the increase in rentals when the skies cloud over, and says he sees a lot of parents coming in looking for ways to keep their kids out of their hair for a few hours.

So while most of us are suffering from cabin fever, some local businessmen wouldn't mind a little more of the disease.
