In plea agreements, Marcel Lavon Edwards, Douglas Steven Johnson, and Calvin Merrell pleaded guilty to charges relating to possessing with intent to distribute crack cocaine.

Standing trial on those same charges are Marlos Hines and Nakeitha Jackson. Tonya Washington is on trial for providing a firearm to a person she knew or should have known was a convicted felon.
