A Russellville funeral director accused of stealing money families had spent on pre-paid funerals is sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Tim Hanna is the former owner and operator of “Memorial Funeral Home” in Russellville. He is accused of taking people’s pre-paid funeral funds and failing to turn them in to the “Funeral Funding Trust of Kentucky.”
Today Hanna was sentenced to 30 years in prison and ordered to pay more than $350,000 in restitution.
