Fifty-one-year-old Rickie Allen McPeak will be arraigned Thursday for complicity to murder in the death of Jessie Frank George.

Thirty-year-old Richard Adam McPeak and 19-year-old Isaiah Snodgrass Junior are both charged with murder. Their cases have been continued until July 1.

George's skeletal remains were found a few months ago in a sinkhole near an abandoned home that had been bulldozed over. He was killed in April of 2002.
