Following a more than year-long investigation, Kentucky State Police arrest a former Simpson county pastor.
Sixty five-year-old Richard W. "Dick" Bridges, of Bowling Green, was arrested Monday and indicted on two counts of theft, two counts of forgery, and one count of credit card fraud.
Bridges is the former pastor at Franklin Presbyterian Church, and former pastor of First Baptist Church in Bowling Green.
Bridges is accused of stealing approximately 50,000 dollars from Franklin Presbyterian, during a two-year period using various methods and schemes.
Bridges is lodged in the Simpson County Detention Center.
