One of the two Scottsville men indicted for Katie Autry's murder, will be arraigned Monday. Stephen Soules will appear before Judge Tom Lewis. Lucas Goodrum is expected to be arraigned Tuesday.

Both men are charged with first degree murder, rape, sodomy, and arson or complicity to those charges, in the death of WKU freshman, Katie Autry, on May 4.

Soules is also charged with first-degree robbery. They remain in the Warren County Regional Jail without bond.
