The Warren County man who was involved in a three-day stand-off with police in 2004 has his arraignment on a second superseding indictment.
Russell Sublett pleaded not guilty to 19 charges in Federal Court.
Those include attempted murder of 11 law enforcement officers, firing a weapon on 11 law enforcement officers, car jacking, being a previous felony offender, violating a domestic violence order, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

In October of 2004 Sublett car-jacked a motorist as he tried to flee authorities, then barricaded himself from them in a northern Warren County farmhouse.
