More than 300 farmers and Ag specialists gathered at Western's Ag Center for the First South Central Kentucky Field Day. Farmers had the opportunity to look at various exhibits and take tours on everything from horses to horticulture.

One of the highlights of the event included a farm safety demonstration. The Department of Farm and Home Safety conducted a mock tractor roll-over accident complete with paramedics and a helicopter to stat-flight the victim.
