The Warren County Grand Jury has indicted 30-year-old Michael David Bixler of Bowling Green on third degree arson charges in the fire that damaged 13 units at Diemer's Self-Storage on Scottsville Road September 13.
Police discovered remnants of a working meth lab in the storage unit were they believe the fire started.
Bixler is also charged with being a Persistent Felony Offender after being convicted of drug trafficking in 1998.
