An Ohio County man is arrested, charged with 32 counts of rape and 27 counts of sodomy, all involving underage girls.

That guy in Franklin that had 16 charges had a bail of 100,000 also. This guy in Ohio County has 5 times the charges he has and his bond is the same. There is another guy in Franklin that has like 90 counts against him and his bond is 50,000. The criminal justice system is not consistent at all.

I AM SHOCKED..HE ONLY HAS A BOND OF 100,000. THAT MAKES ME SICK...WHY WAS HE GIVEN A BOND ANYWAYS....
