Kentucky State Police are turning to the worldwide web for help in solving cold cases.
Kentucky State Police has posted online more than 130 unsolved murders some more than 50-years-old with the hope that someone comes forward with information about their slayings.
Kentucky State Police Lieutenant Mark Merriman said the idea is to have the public help solve the mysteries.
The efforts have met with mixed results so far, with agencies reporting getting tips or inquiries in a few cases but solving few cases.
