Nineteen-year-old Joshua Gentry of Hardyville was pronounced dead just after 2 p.m. on August 15 on Highway 68/80 near the Warren/Barren County line.
The Warren County Sheriff's Department says Gentry crossed into the path of an oncoming vehicle.
The other driver and a juvenile passenger were not hurt. Alcohol and drugs are not suspected to be a factor.
Gentry was wearing a helmet.
