A Glasgow man receives 14 years after pleading guilty to robbery, kidnapping and several other charges.
Twenty-six-year-old Peter Barth’s sentence stems from a 2004 home invasion when he and two others entered the home of woman in Lucas, KY, tied her up, removed her from the premises, and stole items from her home, aswell as a neighbor’s car.
Barth also pleaded guilty to a robbery at the Park City branch of South Central Bank. Barth’s 27-year-old brother, Michael Barth was previously sentenced for complicity to robbery, burglary and unlawfully taking over $300 as well as being a persistent felony offender.
Michael was sentenced to 20 years in prison and is ineligible for probation or any kind of conditional discharge.
