Seven Indicted On Graffiti Vandalism Ring
An extensive BGPD investigation leads to felony indictments for seven people in connection to vandalism around town.

An extensive BGPD investigation leads to felony indictments for seven people in connection to vandalism around town.
In reponse to a surge in graffiti, Bowling Green Police created a special project team to investigate.
Evidence collected including surveillance footage aired right here on WBKO helped the department solve nearly every documented case of graffiti in Bowling Green over the past year.
Indicted are 27-year-old Timothy Bernier, 19-year-old Andrew Burnell, 20-year-old Kyle Golden, 20-year-old James Preston, 19-year-old Allen Brown, 18-year-old Kasey Reed, and 18-year-old Derek Sabistor - all of Bowling Green.
Officers seized 143 cans of spray paint, and other items used to tag.
