Everyone is weighing in on the "Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection" President Barack Obama has granted General Motors, including classic car dealers.
Art Tinsley, a classic car enthusiast and owner of "Art's Auto Mart" has been around GM vehicles for the past 50 years.
He says over the years the style and performance of GM vehicles have made them a "staple" for car buyers.
However, he says overflooding of the market is a reason for slumping sales.
"They compete against themselves. They're making too many different vehicles and they all look alike. People want something... Stuff that has character and style. No offense but i don't think the new cars show that," says Tinsley.
He says, if the company goes back to producing cars and trucks like it did in the heyday of the 50's and 60's, GM will rebound quickly.
