A federal grand jury returns an indictment on three Adair county residents for prescription drug offenses.

Fifty two-year-old Larry "Buck" Taylor, his wife 47-year-old Teresa Karen, and 27-year-old daughter Candice Nell Thomas were indicted Wednesday by the Bowling Green jury for distributing hydrocodone.

All three are from Columbia.

The indictment alleges the defendants distributed the schedule three drug on six different occasions in 2008.

The three are scheduled to appear for arraignment before the U.S. magistrate judge on June 17th in Bowling Green.
