Nat's Outdoor Sports is getting involved in this year's Coats For Kids campaign, providing 100 new coats for the kids!
For several years now, BB&T Bank has partnered with the Bowling Green Junior Woman's Club to provide coats to kids for Christmas.
Each year they collect gently-used coats from people like you. Big B Cleaners cleans the coats, and they're given to kids at Christmas.
"A lot of the charities we tend to participate in, involve helping children. And Nat's done that for years also with his Bikes for Kids Campaign. So it just made great sense for us to look at how we could benefit the youth in our community, and providing coats at Christmas to those that are needy seemed like one of the better things that we could do," said Rick Wilson, BB&T president.
You can drop off your gently-used coats at any BB&T Bank, Citizens First Bank, several area churches, here at WBKO or at Nat's Outdoor Sports, where you can also buy a new coat at a discount to donate to the Coats For Kids campaign.
