Police are investigating a rash of recent robberies at Bowling Green, Ky., cash advance stores.
Three of these businesses have been targeted in the last 10 days.
The most recent one was Nov. 20, 2006. Police believe there may be a connection in two of the three robberies because the suspect description was very similar. Authorities describe the suspect as a tall, slender black male in his 20s.
Authorities said they see a spike in crime around the holidays, especially robbery and burglary.
