Fight Against Meth

Methamphetamine use is on the rise across the country and officials are hoping to raise awareness of the drug’s dangers.

Today is Methamphetamine Awareness Day and the U.S. Attorney General led a panel discussion about what people and communities can do to address the meth problem.

A new White House report called Pushing Back Against Meth, says meth ranks among the worst drugs in terms of its effects on people, but there is a bright spot in the war against the dangerous drug. Officials nationwide are finding fewer meth labs, where the highly addictive drug is cooked.
