CAMPBELLSBURG, Ky. (AP) -- A Pendleton man has died in a fire at his home.

Kentucky State Police said the body of 35-year-old Michael R. Davidson was found in his bedroom after firefighters extinguished the blaze early Sunday.

A police report indicated Davidson was believed to have been alone in his home and the preliminary investigation reveals no suspicion of foul play.

The causes of the fire and Davidson's death remain under investigation.

Pendleton is about 30 miles northeast of Louisville.
