Isn't it amazing how an offical in charge of someone takes advantage of the power they have. As always it comes down to it was consentual well isn't that funny cause the person in charge shouldn't have been consenting or have they changed the fraterinazion clause, just wondering. This is bogus you can't hold an inmate responsible for any of this even IF it was supposedly true that she consented which I really tend to believe differently since the person in charge knew from the get go not to even consider her as a prospect as a consenting adult.
