Todd County Schools Superintendent, David Eakles, says a 15-year-old special needs foster child allegedly touched a five-year-old girl in an inappropriate manner on the school bus last Tuesday. A court order gave the Child Protection Agency custody of the teenage boy, whom they have moved to a different school district.
Eakles says the boy is a special needs child who has lived in several foster homes. He says the girl has not missed any school, and appears to be doing fine.
