There’s confidence among Kentucky lawmakers that $370 million worth of building projects that Governor Fletcher vetoed last year from the two-year budget, will be restored.

Richards said a projected $279 million surplus should go into the state’s rainy-day fund until lawmakers take up a new budget in 2008.
