Another lawsuit is filed against Comair and Delta Air Lines on behalf of two people who lost their lives in a plane crash in Lexington.

The wrongful death lawsuits were filed in U.S. District Court in Kansas City by the families of 16-year-old Paige Winters and her 26-year-old riding teacher Thomas Fahey.

The pair were in Kentucky trying to find a new horse. They were two of the 49 people killed when Comair 5191 took off from the wrong runway.

The lawsuit cites negligence, recklessness and carelessness by Delta and its subsidiary Comair. At least 13 other lawsuits have been filed over the crash.
