State Police say four railroad cars that broke loose on Monday, Jan. 15, 2007, rolled into a standing engine, creating an explosion and fire in Estill County.

No injuries are reported and plans for an evacuation in Northern Estill County were changed. After several people left the area, residents were told to stay indoors and put towels under their doors, to prevent smoke from entering their homes.

Officials say butyl acetate is burning at the scene.
