Bowling Green's gas prices rose by as much as $.24 a gallon on Jan. 24, 2007. The higher gas prices are caused by crude oil prices surging above $55 a barrel on Wednesday.
According to AAA, the average U.S. retail price of a gallon of regular gas has dropped from about $2.33 on Jan. 1, 2007, to $2.15 on Wednesday.
