A former Warren County magistrate who pleaded guilty to trafficking in cocaine, has been released from prison.
Fifty-year-old Terry Stahl was released from the Grayson County Corrections Center last Friday, Feb. 2, 2007.
Stahl was arrested on three counts of trafficking cocaine in February of 2005.
He pleaded guilty that in November and began serving his five year sentence in January of 2006.
Authorities say he was paroled after serving twenty percent of his sentence which is normal for a first-time non violent offender.
