Authorities found a missing tugboat employee's body Friday in western Kentucky after they pulled the sunken boat from the Ohio River.
Kentucky State Police say the body of 42-year-old Brian Turner was found inside the tugboat shortly before 12:30 p-m central time yesterday. The Arlington, Kentucky, resident had been wearing a life vest, which was attached to the railing of the boat.
The boat sunk in mid-January after it flipped in 38-degree water near Owens Island, a small area on the river near Paducah.
Two other crew members, Steve Fuller, of Benton, and Raymond Lang, of Metropolis, Illinois, were pulled from the river after the boat sank.
