Over the past few weeks Crime Stoppers has reported on graffiti at city parks and smashed vehicle windows in the Greenwood and Porter Pike areas. The latest vandalism involves car windows shot out with a BB or pellet gun.
Late Wednesday night, February 7, eight cars were damaged when their side windows were shattered. Cars parked in the Clay Street, Old Morgantown Road, and East 14th Avenue areas were shot up, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
Crime Stoppers says, "It’s time to put a stop to this senseless crime."
