A man accused of evading U.S. Marshalls and multiple other law enforcement agencies in Tennessee and Kentucky appears in court.
Robert Charles Johnson is charged with two counts of first degree wanton endangerment, first degree attempted assault and first degree criminal mischief.
Johnson is accused of leading police and U.S. Marshalls on a chase last Friday.
The chase ended with the truck crashing into a Kentucky State Police trooper's vehicle in Simpson County.
Thursday morning Johnson appeared before Judge Frank Wakefield in Simpson County District Court.
His next court date will be February 10 when he has a preliminary hearing.
