According to the Russellville News Democrat Leader, Logan Aluminum is expanding and bringing new jobs to the area.
The company is moving towards building a recycle center facility at its current site in Russellville. The center is expected to cost $25 million and will employ 40 people.
The facility will melt scrap aluminum such as cans, aluminum siding and scrap from can manufacturing plants. These materials will be used in the company’s existing operations.
This new expansion project is projected to be up and running by January 2008.
