At first it looked like the damage was caused by straight line winds, but now the National Weather Service out of Paducah, Ky., said it was caused by a weak tornado.
"From what I could see, it was a lot of dark clouds and then pretty much debris flying everywhere. A lot of cracking and a lot of booming. I mean just a lot of noise," said neighbor Joe Miller.
The damage was concentrated on one street, and the National Weather Service was out assessing the damage.
