A Grayson County man is in jail facing murder charges after allegedly shooting one man and holding another hostage. State Police say the shooting happened last night in Clarkson when a customer shot pharmacist Leo Mike Marshall. Authorities say 73-year-old Charles Terry shot the druggist while paying his bill.
After that, Terry allegedly held another man hostage, Toby Davis, who had driven him to the drug store. Police say Terry eventually released Davis. He then somehow made his way from Grayson County to a friend's house in rural Hart County. After surrounding the trailer for several hours, police eventually arrested Terry.
