A veterinary clinic gets top honors for it's service to the horse racing industry.
The new Bolton Center treated Derby winner Barbaro and will receive the Silver Horseshoe Award presented by the Kentucky Derby Festival.
The award honors a group of individuals for significant service to the Thoroughbred Racing Industry.
Doctor Dean Richardson will accept the award on April 20, 2007. Richardson led the team that tried to save Barbaro's life.
Barbaro fractured his hind leg last year during the Preakness.
The center will receive $10,000 as part of the award.
