A Warren County man is arrested after an investigation by numerous police agencies.
Kentucky State Police said Christopher Blankenship was arrested Tuesday night, April 3, 2007, after a search warrant led to the seizure of drugs and weapons.
Police found 25 pounds of marijuana, crystal methamphetamine, ecstasy tablets, along with numerous firearms, including assault rifles.
Kentucky State Police Trooper Chad Winn said along with the firearms charges, Blankenship is charged with trafficking marijuana and possession of both meth and ecstasy.
The investigation was a joint effort between the Kentucky State Police, Warren County Drug Task Force and Drug Enforcement Special Investigations West.
Kentucky State Police said charges are pending for more suspects.
