Harley-Davidson has announced that a Kentucky location is the only one it is considering if it relocates its York, Pennsylvania motorcycle plant.
The site being considered is in Shelbyville.
The company earlier said it was also looking at locations in Tennessee, Indiana, and Missouri.
Harley-Davidson representatives met with Kentucky officials this week.
Harley-Davidson Spokesman Bob Klein said the company is also still considering the possibility of staying in York.
The plant employs 2,500 and is the company's largest.
