The trial for an Indiana woman accused of killing two prominent Bowling Green businessmen is set to begin on Monday, April 9, 2007, in Logan County.

Mickey Mosher last appeared in court on March 22, 2007 for her final pre-trial conference hearing.

Mosher is charged with the murder of Cornelius Martin and Brooks Mitchell.

The men were riding their motorcycles in Logan County last June of 2006 when police say Mosher crossed the center line while driving under the influence of drugs.

We sat down with Mosher shortly after the accident last June. This is what she had to say.

"I just happened to glance down and back up and I seen I was across the yellow line and when I went to get over, I didn't even see them," Mosher said in the June 6, 2006, interview.

Jury selection for the Mosher trial begins on Monday.

Both attorneys in the case last told WBKO that this isn't a day they've been looking forward to.

"The only thing I'm optimistic about is that I'm certain it will go on on the ninth day of April," Mosher's attorney, Stewart Wheeler said on March 22.

"This is a situation that's tragic any way you look at it," said Logan County Commonwealth Attorney, Charles Orange on March 22.
