Senator Mike Reynolds, a Bowling Green Democrat, filed for re-election Friday.

Reynolds who represents Butler and Warren Counties is completing his first year of service after winning a special election earlier this year in February.

Reynolds serves on the Judiciary and The State and Local Government Committees.

During the 2009 session he has supported legislation including CATS testing overhauls, drug treatment programs, and the Ohio River Bridge projects, a joint effort with Indiana Lawmakers.

A Western Kentucky University grad, Senator Reynolds is also a businessperson, lawyer, and community activist.
