A 21-year-old man is taken to the hospital after shots are fired in an apartment complex parking lot.

It happened just before three Sunday afternoon at The Registry.

That's where police say a 21-year-old Tony Trumbo, who lived at the
apartment complex was shot in the foot following an altercation there.

Police say it's unclear at this time who the shooter is.

Police say following a number of interviews, a 17-year-old boy from
Louisville was found to be in possession of a stolen gun.

He was charged with possession of a stolen firearm and carrying a concealed deadly weapon but police say he was not the shooter.
