The belongings of Former State Representative Steve Nunn were placed on the auction block Saturday, and many in attendence say they have a tie to the Nunn family.

"I am here as a spectator," said Anne Botts, whose father was friends with former Governor Louie B. Nunn. "I would love to bid on things. My home is different from the decor that they have had here, so there's really nothing that I'm interested in. I think I'm just here because of nostalgic reasons."

Many items from Nunn's home were sold, including the house itself, which went for 170-thousand dollars to Nathan Wyatt.

One man there says he helped build the house back in the 70's.

"I just wanted to come over and see what the house would bring," said Earl Jackson. "I sold the house in 1976. Me and Marshall Bailey built it together in '76."

Former Glasgow lawmaker Steve Nunn has been indicted on charges of murder and violating an emergency protective order stemming from the September 11th shooting death of his former fiancee, 29-year-old Amanda Ross.
