Additional charges are filed against a Metcalfe County man after a dunk driving crash on I-65.
Kentucky State Police said 32-year-old Richard Clark is charged with criminal mischief and wanton endangerment for a crash on April 8, 2007.
KSP said Clark was traveling on I-65 north in Hart County when he abruptly merged into the right lane. Witnesses said Clark slammed on his breaks causing Willie Anderson Jr. to hit him in the rear end.
Clark's vehicle went off the left hand shoulder of the road and Anderson's semi-jack knifed flipping onto its driver's side. At the time of the accident Clark was taken to TJ Sampson Hospital and cited to court for reckless driving and DUI.
Clark is now lodged in the Hart County Jail.
