A Colorado man is in custody in Kentucky, after his capture and arrest in Glasgow this morning.

Acting on information from authorities in Arvada, Colorado, the Glasgow Police Department located 33-year-old Ryan Heacock at the Comfort Inn in Glasgow.

The Critical Emergency Response Team evacuated eight hotel rooms and apprehended Heacock without conflict.

He was arrested on a Colorado fugitive warrant and also charged with receiving stolen property.

Police say Heacock is a suspect wanted in connection with a homicide in the state of Colorado.

He was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center without bond.
