Plantiffs wait to find out more on Comair crash

Families are still seeking answers in a deadly Kentucky plane crash.

Despite quick settlements between Comair and two families who lost loved ones in the Comair crash last summer, other plaintiffs are waiting to find out more about the accident that claimed 49 lives.

Kevin Fahey’s 26-year-old son, Thomas, was among those killed.

Fahey said he doesn’t want the matter to end up in court, but realizes that may be the only way to get full disclosure of the facts.

The August 27, 2006, crash at Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, Ky., was the deadliest American aviation disaster since 2001.
