A three-hour standoff in Grayson County, Ky., ends with one fatality.
According to Leitchfield Police, they were trying to serve a man a warrant for an indictment.
Police found the man parked in front of the Grayson County Health Department when the man apparently turned a gun to his head.
Police tried to negotiate with him for several hours. Eventually, the man tried to start his car and leave the scene.
Police then threw non-lethal pepper balls into the man's car and there soon after the man shot himself.
The man's name has not been released.
Five others were arrested in the incident, but authorities won't say who or what for.
